🔌 What powers your LED neon signs?

All our neon signs are USB powered, making them easy to plug into any USB outlet or power bank.


🧰 Are the signs easy to install?

Yes! Most signs come with pre-drilled holes or mounting accessories for easy wall hanging.


🎨 Do you offer custom neon signs?

At this time, we specialize in our ready-to-ship designs. However, custom signs may be introduced in the future—stay tuned!


🇬🇧 How long does delivery take in the UK?

Our standard delivery time is 4–7 business days across the UK. You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.


💡 Do the signs change color?

Some of our signs are multi-color, while others are single-color (as listed in the product description). Please check individual listings for specifics.


🔄 What is your return policy?

You can return unused items within 14 days of delivery. For full details, visit our Returns& Refruns pagepage.


🧾 Will I receive a confirmation and tracking number?

Yes! You'll receive an email confirmation after your purchase, and a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

At Amvora Shop, your satisfaction is our priority. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.


🕒 Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


✅ Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase

  • Returns must be approved before being sent back

Please note: Custom or personalized items (e.g., custom neon signs), Products on discount  are non-refundable unless faulty.


⚠️ Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll be notified via email

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days


🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
